Fitness Club Manager - Growth, PTO & 401K

Planet Fitness is hiring a Club Manager to oversee all club operations in Gastonia, NC, reporting to the Senior General Manager. The role focuses on staffing, customer service, KPI attainment, and driving membership sales while leading a team of servant leaders to transform lives. The ideal candidate has superior customer service, previous Planet Fitness management experience preferred, and can coach staff.
