Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer

Please see the below requirements for a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join a growing class III medical device organization in the Northeast Twin Cities Metro. This role will play a critical part in supporting an implantable electromechanical system in a late-stage development/validation phase, with a focus on verification & validation, standards-based testing, documentation, and targeted PCB/circuit updates within a regulated environment. This is an onsite role with flexiblity, offering a base salary up to ~$170K (flexibility for top candidates) along with equity participation.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)5+ years of electrical engineering experienceStrong experience in PCB/circuit design Experience working in a regulated environment (FDA/ISO) medical device experience strongly preferredComfortable with documentation-heavy engineering work (V&V, validation, compliance deliverables)Ideal Candidate Brings:Experience with LabVIEW development for test softwareFamiliarity with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.)Experience with microcontroller design/embedded systemsEOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
