Position Desktop Support Analyst Location San Francisco, CA Overview Brown Advisory is looking for a desktop support technician to provide onsite support at their San Francisco location. The role is the sole IT technician supporting 15 employees. Responsibilities Provide level1‑2 onsite technical support. Escalate unresolved issues to the team in Baltimore. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Image and upgrade devices in an O365 and Windows10 environment. Use proactive support methods to improve efficiency and quality of service. Provide face‑to‑face support and training to employees across the organization. Key Skills & Qualifications Desktop support, Windows10, Customer service. Customer oriented; able to deliver high level of support and training to non‑technical audiences. Self‑starter; quick to respond to operational tasks and seek process improvements. Excellent time management and ability to work independently and supervise vendor visits. Natural problem solver: identify challenges, analyze root causes, propose improvements. Experience with Exchange, O365, Active Directory, printer support, AV support, imaging solutions. Experience Level Intermediate Pay and Benefits Pay range: $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
