Machine Op V - Injection, Skilled Labor
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Machine OP V - Injection, Skilled Labor. In this role, you'll ensure the safe and efficient operation of production machinery to support continuous, high-quality production runs.
This advanced-level position is responsible for the safe operation of complex production machinery to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality production runs.
The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience operating machinery in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Training will be provided to qualified individuals.
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3P-11P Location: Tyrone, PA Employment Type: Full Time
What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain consistent output
- Perform routine maintenance including blade changes, setup, cleaning, and equipment takedown
- Monitor and adjust machines to meet product specifications, maximize quality, and improve yield
- Complete accurate production records including weight sheets, label verifications, run times, and man-hour logs
- Follow all Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with directing workflow and collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, profitability, and machinery operations
What We're Looking For
- Ability to read, write, and enter data in English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Lockout/Tagout certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
