What You'll Do As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the community while leading your team toward achieving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop leasing and maintenance team members Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Manage leasing activity, lead follow‑up, and resident retention efforts Conduct property tours and assist with leasing strategies Oversee rent collections, invoices, and property financial performance Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure operational efficiency Coordinate resident communications and resolve concerns professionally Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and property procedures Maintain accurate resident records and property documentation Partner with maintenance staff to ensure work orders and property needs are addressed promptly What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Positive attitude and strong desire to succeed Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently Professional leadership skills and team‑oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Multifamily property management experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Experience with leasing and sales techniques Budgeting and financial management experience Experience using Entrata or other property management software Don't meet every qualification?
