Responsible for utilizing strategies and technology to analyze current and historical data with the objective of improving decision-making and providing a competitive advantage for the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesDesigns, develops and maintains interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and semantic models to understand business problems and how to solve them using analytical solutionsDevises efficient and scalable methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources to architect and deliver end-to-end analytics solutionsPerforms specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinkingIdentifies opportunities to automate manual reporting processes including leveraging approved AI technologies to improve organizational efficiencyInterprets internal/external business environment to understand the relationship between business processes, systems and how they impact each otherRecommends best practices to improve processes or services based on data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activitiesDesign and support ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation workflows to ensure reliable and timely data availabilityImpacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives including the use of demonstrated ability to deliver user training and present analytical insights to business audiences, promoting effective adoption of Power BI solutionsUses excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicatee difficult concepts to technical & non-technical stakeholders and within team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work productsMay lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirementsIndividual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situationsPerforms all other duties as assigned by managementEducationBachelor’s degree in relevant field preferredExperienceStrong technical expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service, SQL, and data modelingAdvanced DAX, Power Inquiry, M Language, and analytics solution developmentDatabase skills, including writing complex queries, data manipulation, and query optimizationExperience developing and supporting end-to-end analytics solutions from source systems to executive dashboards.Experience with relational databases and dimensional data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data pipeline conceptsTypically requires 5+ years of related work experienceEqual Employment Opportunity EmployerStewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
