About the Role Powell Studio is seeking a skilled, confident, and client-focused Nurse Injector to deliver safe, effective, and aesthetically refined cosmetic treatments. The ideal candidate is a licensed medical provider with hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables, a strong eye for facial balance and harmony, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. In this role, you will serve as both a clinical expert and trusted aesthetic consultant, confidently guiding clients through their treatment journey while upholding the highest standards of safety, artistry, and client experience. As a key provider within our growing team, you will contribute not only to clinical outcomes, but also to the overall client experience, team collaboration, and continued growth of the practice. Core Responsibilities Clinical Services Confidently administer cosmetic injectable treatments, including but not limited to Dysport/Daxxify, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP/PRF, and other advanced injectables Perform comprehensive consultations, assess client goals, and develop customized treatment plans with confidence and clinical expertise Obtain informed consent and ensure clients feel educated, comfortable, and supported Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and documentation Monitor, manage, and confidently address post-treatment outcomes and follow-ups Client Experience & Education Educate clients on treatment options, risks, aftercare, and long‑term aesthetic planning with clarity and confidence Build trust through honest recommendations and a consultative, non‑sales‑driven approach Deliver a warm, elevated, and luxury‑level client experience at every touchpoint Foster long‑term relationships that support retention, loyalty, and referrals Team, Leadership & Compliance Lead by example in professionalism, clinical excellence, and client care Collaborate closely with the medical director and team to ensure best practices and compliance with medical regulations Contribute to a positive, accountable, and high‑performing team environment Support and mentor team members where appropriate, sharing knowledge and best practices Stay current on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry advancements Practice Growth & Clinical Excellence Take ownership of client outcomes, satisfaction, and retention Contribute to the development and refinement of treatment protocols and best practices Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve clinical workflows Laser + Energy‑Based Device Experience Laser and energy‑based device experience is preferred. We are seeking an aesthetic provider who is comfortable working beyond injectables and is interested in comprehensive aesthetic treatment planning. Aesthetic Treatment Platforms Include: Venus Versa™ - IPL photofacial and skin rejuvenation Venus Viva™ - NanoFractional RF resurfacing Lutronic ULTRA™ / LaseMD™ - Non‑ablative fractional laser treatments Hollywood Spectra™ - Pigmentation, rejuvenation, and laser toning treatments Venus Bliss MAX™ - Body contouring, laser lipolysis, muscle stimulation, and RF treatments RF Microneedling / Microchanneling - Collagen stimulation, texture, and skin‑tightening treatments Advanced Provider Technology: Lumenis AcuPulse CO₂ - Ablative CO₂ laser resurfacing performed by qualified Nurse Practitioner providers within Powell Studio protocols Experience with our exact platforms is a plus but not required. Strong clinical judgment, patient safety, a desire to learn, and the ability to become proficient across multiple aesthetic modalities are essential. 60‑Day Clinical Immersion As part of the 90‑Day Growth & Integration Period, the first 60 days in this role will include a structured Clinical Immersion designed to ensure alignment with Powell Studio's standards of care, client experience, and clinical approach. During this time, the Nurse Injector will: Work closely alongside providers and clinical staff in a hands‑on, supportive capacity Function in a role similar to a Medical Assistant, assisting with client flow, treatment preparation, documentation, and post‑care support Gain a deep understanding of Powell Studio's consultation approach, treatment philosophies, and client experience standards Build confidence in protocols, products, and workflows before independently delivering treatments Receive exposure to Powell Studio's laser and energy‑based treatment protocols and, when appropriate, participate in hands‑on training to build competency across treatment platforms This intentional onboarding process is designed to ensure consistency, confidence, and excellence in every client interaction and outcome. The Right Fit Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of facial anatomy and balance Confident communicator with the ability to educate, guide, and build trust with clients Naturally influential team member who leads by example and elevates those around them Passionate about the aesthetic industry and helping clients feel confident and empowered Polished, professional, and aligned with a luxury brand experience Detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and results‑driven Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and confidence in decision‑making Committed to continuous learning, growth, and mastery of the craft Requirements Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred for RN candidates Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in aesthetic injectables (training and certification required) Certification in neurotoxins and dermal fillers from a recognized aesthetic training program Familiarity with aesthetic charting and EMR systems Current BLS/CPR certification Flexibility to work evenings based on client demand Strong portfolio of previous work or client results is a plus Professional, confident, and client‑centered clinical presence Previous hands‑on experience with laser, IPL, RF, resurfacing, and/or body‑contouring technologies is preferred but not required; willingness to train and develop proficiency across multiple aesthetic modalities is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
