Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Assistant Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Implement physical therapy programs and activities. Follow developed recovery plans. Deliver therapy treatments. Provide patient‑centered, compassionate care to patients and their families. Collaborate with the rehab team and make referrals as needed. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
