Skilled Laborer – NOW HIRING

Location: Buffalo, NY

Pay: $21–$24/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | Full-Time

️ What You’ll Do

• Perform mechanical assembly (mounting equipment, instrumentation, tank internals)

• Support shipping/receiving: loading/unloading, stocking, prepping skids, paperwork

• Operate forklift, overhead crane, and perform rigging tasks

• Complete painting work: prep, degreasing, application, cleanup

• Assist with facility upkeep: repairs, cleanup, organization

• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards

• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement efforts

• Comfort using basic hand tools (wrenches, hammers, pliers, calipers)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on work ethic

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Ability to follow instructions and work on a team

• Solid multitasking skills in a fast-paced shop

• Experience in plumbing, construction, refrigeration, or similar trades

• Military experience

• Manufacturing or industrial shop experience

• Ability to read prints, gauges, and measurement tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
