• Advanced Clinical Scope: Utilize your complete scope of practice across high-acuity and specialty surgical suites:

  • Deliver expert regional, general, and mandatory spinal anesthesia

  • Practice across high-demand specialties including Orthopedics & Spine, Robotic General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Ophthalmology, GI, and ENT

  • Manage advanced airway/ventilation protocols, epidurals, postoperative pain blocks, bronchoscopy, and transvenous pacemakers

  • Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventions, lumbar/cervical transforaminal procedures, and precision nerve blocks

  • Utilize Meditech EMR for streamlined, efficient intraoperative documentation

• Schedule & Lifestyle Advantage: Standard Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM schedule with 40 full hours guaranteed every week.

• Zero Call Burden: Uncompromising lifestyle balance with no weeknight call and no weekend duties .

• Assignment Duration: Initial premium 2-month block (Dec 1, 2026 Jan 31, 2027) with priority options for extended placement.

We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable CRNA dedicated to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care ( Note: State regulations do not permit CAA practice in Wyoming ).

• Credentials & Certification: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active NBCRNA certification.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Wyoming APRN License or active IMLC qualification.

• Advanced Life Support: Active AHA PALS and ATLS certifications required; active ACLS required for conscious sedation privileges.

• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in mandatory spinal techniques, epidural placement, advanced airway management, and fluoroscopy-guided procedures.
