FYI: **This is not a remote, or travel position. All candidates selected to interview will be living in the Nashville area & know local subs, vendors, architects, etc**

This Construction Company is a full-service Commercial General Contractor located in Downtown Nashville, TN. They provide superior services while maintaining the highest quality standards in the Mid-Tn commercial construction market.

They specialize in Tenant-Improvement & will be expanding their Ground-Up Division within the area. They have been turning the ideas and dreams of its clients into successful realities since the mid-2000's. This General Contractor specializes in: Design-Build, Construction Management and Pre-construction Services including:  hotels, shopping centers, office space, medical offices, banks, industrial/warehouse facilities, restaurants, historic buildings, and general storage.

About The Position:  ( Commercial Ground-Up Division Senior PM/PX )

Position Summary:

The SPM / PX will Identify Potential Clients/Projects, successfully Estimate & manage those new projects. The SPM/PX will Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for their designated projects to ensure that all goals / objectives of each project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters.

Skills and Abilities

• Analytical | Budgeting & Exceptional Estimating skills
• Scheduling Expertise for Multiple Projects
• Negotiating | Contracts experience on Upcoming Projects
• Ability to work well with a small team in an office (this is NOT  remote/hybrid)
• Impeccable organizational skills
• Relationship building experience with owners around the area

Benefits / Compensation:

• Salary Range $125k - $145,000 / year (( D.O.E. ))
• Annual Performance/Project Bonus.
• Healthcare insurance ( 100% paid for employee + Dental/Vision !!)
• $500/mo Auto probation period (+ company truck in 6 months)
• $90/mo Phone Allowance

Education/Experience

• Construction Management (Bachelor's) degree or similar preferred.
• 8+ years of Estimating & project management experience in New/Ground-Up commercial construction. 
• The selected candidate will also have a clean/valid drivers license, drug screen and background check to be eligible for this opportunity.
