Role: Architect and lead Azure SQL Managed Instance and SQL Server solutions, migrations, performance optimization, security, and HA/DR strategy.

- Azure SQL Managed Instance (SQL MI)
- SQL Server DBA & Architecture
- Azure Database Migration Service (DMS), Azure Migrate
- Always On, Replication, Backup & Recovery
- Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting
- Azure Monitoring, PowerShell, Azure DevOps
- Security, Governance & Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Design and govern Azure database architectures.
- Lead SQL Server to Azure SQL MI migrations.
- Implement HA/DR, security, and performance best practices.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Preferred Certifications: AZ-305, DP-300, AZ-104.
