About the Role:

As a Flat Rate Technician at Canobie Lake Toyota, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with our service advisors and parts department to ensure customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. You will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
• At least 2 years of experience as a flat rate technician

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Automotive Technology
• Toyota/Lexus experience
• Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment

Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned by the service advisor
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment
• Communicating with service advisors and parts department to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Adhering to safety and quality standards

As a Flat Rate Technician, you will use your expertise in automotive repair and maintenance to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
