We put quality first and are always looking to improve and provide the best care for our patients./ppResponsibilities:/pulliAccurately assess patients across the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum spectrum/liliProvide exceptional care for laboring mothers in all stages and can assist with safe delivery of newborns/liliImplement appropriate interventions and nursing care plans in a timely manner/liliCritically think and interpret outcomes/liliRespond quickly to changes in condition and effectively communicate changes with providers/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliCurrent RN compact license without restrictions/liliBLS, ACLS, PALS NRP/liliIntermediate fetal heart monitoring course, minimum/liliMinimum two years experience, preferred in LD setting, with couplet care experience/liliAbility to adapt to changing environment/liliMeditech or other EMR experience/li/ulpShifts:/pulliDay shift, variable shift, night shift, and PRN available/li/ulpBenefits package available for full-time and part-time positions./ppCompensation: $33.74-$49.15 DOE, an additional $8.00 based on specialty./ppSign on retention bonuses available for up to $20,000 over 3 year period for full time employees./ppFull-time benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, long-term disability (LTD), and life accidental death and dismemberment (ADD) insurance for you and your eligible family members, plus a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match./ppCabinet Peaks Medical Center is committed to providing a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all employees.
