QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR AI INTEGRATION ENGINEER

• Advanced proficiency in ChatGPT (prompt engineering, workflows, custom GPTs)
• Strong experience using Claude for long-form reasoning and document analysis
• Skilled with Perplexity or similar AI research tools
• Proven experience building prompt libraries, repeatable AI workflows, and AI-assisted SOPs
• Experience integrating AI with Google Sheets/Excel, CRM systems, and automation tools (Zapier, Make)
• Ability to train non-technical team members on AI tools

Preferred qualifications include staying current with emerging AI platforms and having a strong understanding of when to use specific AI tools for specific outcomes.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR AI INTEGRATION ENGINEER:

Each day, you'll assess how teams operate, uncover inefficiencies, and design AI-powered solutions that make work easier and more consistent. You'll build prompts, workflows, and automations, document best practices, and train team members to use AI with confidence. As the go-to AI resource, you ensure tools are not only powerful but also practical, driving adoption, consistency, and measurable ROI across the organization.

This position is full-time and on-site in Memphis, TN, allowing for hands-on collaboration and continuous improvement.
