Business Analyst (Non-IT): I (Junior) Overview Join the team supporting day-to-day operations for a case management and integrity program ecosystem. In this junior Business Analyst role, you'll help manage the Speak Up system, follow up on received reports, perform trend analyses, and support key E&I (Enabling & Integrity) projects and initiatives-including targeted awareness efforts. If you're organized, detail-focused, and energized by turning information into actionable insights, this role is for you. Required Skills Experience supporting or analyzing operational case management processes (including reviewing cases and flagging matters) Strong ability to assess risk, review cases, and report outcomes in a clear, reliable manner Comfortable working with KPIs and monitoring performance against defined SLAs Experience supporting administrative processes across business systems (including data upkeep and updates) Ability to provide ad hoc support for program priorities and initiatives as needed Proficiency working within systems that support reporting, compliance tracking, and program workflows Strong follow-through and efficiency in completing review tasks consistently Nice to Have Skills Experience with reporting platforms and/or building or maintaining routine reporting outputs Background in working with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) in a professional setting Experience performing Speak Up trend analysis and conducting recurring program reviews Experience contributing to targeted awareness campaigns, lessons learned efforts, and integrity insights Preferred Education and Experience Preferred Education: Information not provided Preferred Experience Level: Junior-level experience is required/expected (specific years not provided) Other Requirements Location: Charlotte, NC 28217 Schedule: Standard M-F ; Hybrid model with in-office Tues-Thurs Assignment Type/Duration: 6-month contract (extensions possible up to 1 year) Ability to commute to the hybrid schedule (you may need to use your own car) Ready to make an impact with program analysis, reporting, and compliance support?
