If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant – New Country RolloutThe Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant – New Country Rollout is responsible for localising, configuring, and deploying Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Finance solutions for new country entities within an established global template. This role partners with local Finance, Tax, and IT stakeholders to ensure that country-specific legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements are accurately reflected in the EBS configuration — while maintaining alignment with the global Finance operating model and Chart of Accounts design.Day-to-Day Job DutiesLead end-to-end country rollout activities across Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE), and eBusiness Tax.Configure new Legal Entities, Ledgers, Operating Units, and Business Groups within the existing Multi-Org (MOAC) framework; map local structures to the global Chart of Accounts and Balancing Segments.Conduct localisation workshops with in-country Finance, Tax, and Legal teams to capture country-specific requirements including local GAAP, statutory reporting, VAT/GST, and Withholding Tax (WHT) obligations.Configure eBusiness Tax for local tax regimes, tax rates, tax rules, and tax reporting requirements; coordinate with Tax advisors to validate compliance.Set up local bank accounts, electronic payment formats (SEPA, BACS, EFT, or country-specific formats), and bank reconciliation processes in Cash Management.Assess gaps between the global EBS template and local country requirements; document localisation decisions and manage deviations through formal change control.Lead data migration activities for new country entity master data and opening balances using Web ADI, SQL Loader, and open interface tables.Develop and execute country-specific test scenarios; lead SIT, regression, and UAT testing with local Finance teams.Coordinate with technical teams on country-specific reports, statutory outputs, and any required customisations or extensions to the global template.Facilitate end-user training and train-the-trainer sessions for in-country Finance and Accounting teams; produce localised training materials and runbooks.Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live hypercare for the new country entity.Serve as the primary functional point of contact for the country rollout workstream; provide regular status updates to the Programme Manager and global Finance leadership.Basic Qualifications5+ years of Oracle EBS R12 Finance functional experience, with at least one full-cycle country rollout or international expansion project as Senior Consultant or Functional Lead.5+ years of Hands-on expertise across EBS Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management; strong working knowledge of Multi-Org (MOAC) and multi-ledger configurations.5+ years of Experience configuring country-specific Legal Entities, Ledgers, and Operating Units within an existing global EBS template.3+ years of Proven experience with eBusiness Tax configuration for VAT, GST, and Withholding Tax (WHT) across multiple jurisdictions.Familiarity with local banking formats and electronic payment setup (SEPA, BACS, EFT, or equivalent) in EBS Cash Management.1+ years of Experience conducting localisation fit-gap analysis and managing deviations from global template standards.2+ years of Proficiency with EBS data migration tools: Web ADI, SQL Loader, and open interface tables for master data and balance conversion.1+ years of Experience with Financial Statement Generator (FSG) and BI Publisher for statutory and management reporting.Strong understanding of Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and how they support country-specific accounting requirements.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills; experienced working with geographically dispersed, multilingual teams.Strong documentation skills: able to produce high-quality BR100 configuration documents, MD050 functional designs, and localisation decision logs.Able to work independently across multiple time zones with minimal supervision; comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced rollout environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Travel: Occasional in-country travel may be required for workshops, UAT, and go-live support. Otherwise remote-based.Degree: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Nice to HaveOracle EBS R12 Finance certification preferred.Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials knowledge or hands-on experience (GL, AP, AR, SLA, or Tax) is a strong plus — particularly for organisations planning a future EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration.Experience with Oracle EBS country-specific localizations (e.g. Latin America, EMEA, or APAC statutory packs) is advantageous.Familiarity with Oracle GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) or equivalent SOX/ITGC controls in a multi-country EBS environment.Basic SQL skills for querying EBS Finance tables to support troubleshooting and data validation during rollout.Experience integrating EBS Finance with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, PBCS) or on-premise Hyperion for consolidation and planning across newly added entities.Multilingual capability (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or other) to support in-country stakeholder engagement is an advantage.CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is advantageous.Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
