REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in patent prosecution within a law firm or corporate legal environment
- Technical background in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field (advanced degree preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated experience working with software-based inventions, including user interfaces, algorithms, or platform technologies
- Exposure to a range of industries (e.g., healthcare technologies, fintech, or other innovation-driven sectors) preferred
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Admission to the New Jersey bar required and New York bar preferred
- USPTO registration required
