Associate Director, Data & Analytics Strategy, Immunology

Job Title: Associate Director – Data Strategy, Immunology We are seeking an experienced data strategist to lead the development and implementation of data strategy for our Immunology portfolio within Human Health. Key Responsibilities Maintain an understanding of the Human Health commercial data landscape, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd‑party data assets spanning health‑care professionals, consumers, payers, patients, and accounts. Build and execute plans to fill prioritized data gaps, including acquisition of new assets, partner identification, and internal initiatives. Collaborate with external partners such as specialty pharmacies and patient support hubs to onboard and enable data. Conduct data needs assessments, identify gaps versus ideal state, and prioritize initiatives. Partner with internal teams to ingest and review external data sources for analytic use. Perform data innovation analytics, including quality assessments, fit‑for‑purpose analyses, and proof‑of‑concept tests. Work closely with analytics, master data management, and other stakeholders to ensure value realization. Build and maintain productive partnerships with data providers and cross‑functional teams. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Decision Science, Marketing, Engineering, or Public Health. MBA, Master’s degree, or Ph.D. is a plus. Required Experience and Skills Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into commercial decisions. Proven experience assessing the commercial value of data assets. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Intellectual curiosity and innovative mindset for addressing data needs. Ability to operate in a dynamic, transforming environment and earn trusted advisor status with stakeholders. Preferred Experience and Skills Hands‑on experience with healthcare data, especially EMR/EHR, claims, and other data offerings. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $156,900.00 – $247,000.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate/sick days.
