This opportunity offers 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with nights and weekends available but not required, providing excellent flexibility. You'll work in a busy, team-oriented environment with a diverse case mix that includes pediatrics, trauma, and minimal OB, with no cardiac or transplant cases. Compensation includes a base salary of $250K-$260K based on years of licensure (40-hour work week), with strong additional earning potential through extra call or per diem hours - estimated at nearly $100K annually for just 10 extra hours per week.
