You’ll lead buyers through the Process — helping them choose the right plan, the right homesite, and the right options without overwhelming them or wasting their time. What You’ll Do Welcome visitors to the model home, listen to their needs, and help them imagine what life could look like in a new home. Help customers personalize their home, using our design software to show how finishes and layouts can reflect their style. Walk buyers through the purchase process — from choosing their home and securing financing to signing their contract and closing.
