Human Resources ManagerA well-established cosmetic construction company is seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across the organization. This role is ideal for a confident, people-focused leader who understands the fast-paced nature of construction and can balance compliance, culture, and operational needs. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while supporting employees across office and field teams.Responsibilities:Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.Partner with leadership to develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Support workforce planning, training initiatives, and employee engagement across multiple job sites.Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and construction workforce practices.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional, approachable, and capable of building trust with both field and office employees.Requirements:Previous experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, preferably in construction or a related industry.Strong understanding of employment laws, safety standards, and HR compliance.Experience supporting both hourly field staff and salaried office employees.Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and Microsoft or Google-based tools.Location: Brooklyn or Lakewood | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $65-80k | Job#1047 |
