Guest Service Lead

In its reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. You are the go-to person when guests need assistance and team members need support. You lead by example, create memorable guest experiences, and help ensure the Front Office operates smoothly. Whether resolving a guest concern, welcoming a VIP, or supporting the team during a busy shift, you take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive environment for both guests and team members.
