Quality Systems Specialist

The Quality Systems Specialist supports administrative tasks, document maintenance, communication, regulatory program, and quality assurance audit support. This role helps ensure quality-related records and processes are accurate, organized, and completed on time.

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Support Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams by coordinating meetings, and managing corporate Quality Assurance SOPs.
• Maintain corporate documents requests, policies, specifications, Quality Assurance archives, and quality team scorecard reporting.
• Manage customer requests, department portal content, frequently asked questions, and audit document support.
• Support Kosher, Halal, Organic, Gluten Free, and Non-GMO product claim programs.
• Track quality documents requests in HubSpot, report monthly metrics, and work with corporate quality managers to complete requests and responses on time. 
• Request and manage product Safety Data Sheet documents.

Position Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality system support.
• Working knowledge of FDA nutrition and standards of identity regulations.

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD based on experience. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to education, skill set and depth of experience.
