Requirements: - State license - ACLS - BCLS by AHA - PALS - TNCC - ENPC (PREFERRED) - NIH - Level I trauma experience REQUIRED - 2 year minimum experience REQUIRED - Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias - EPIC charting experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Center, Heart Center, and Pediatric Emergency Department.
• Manage night shift responsibilities from 19:00 to 07:30.
• Work rotating weekends (3 per 4-week schedule), with potential work on 1, 2, or all 3 weekend days.
• Float to pediatric units as needed.
• Ensure adherence to unit protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Work within high patient ratios, adapting to up to 8 patients depending on demand and holidays.
• Utilize required certifications and experience in fast-paced emergency settings.
