About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as the senior leader in advancing the organization's people capabilities, leadership practices, and workforce strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, HR operations, compliance, and HR technology. This role demands a professional with strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing people capabilities during periods of change and will be adept at building high-performing teams and organizational capacity.
