Responsibilities

Pickup & Re-Delivery of vehicles to guest's home or work.

Communicate with guests & Service Advisors to keep Pickup & Re-Delivery of vehicles on schedule.

Utilization of smart phone based tracking app.

Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot, customer home or work as needed.

Document parking location on key tags for inventory of service vehicles.

Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various area locations.

May drive shuttle van at times to shuttle customers to and from home or work.

Perform quick test of batteries and wheel alignments using quick check equipment in service lane.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Professional appearance.

Communication skills / Customer Service knowledge.

Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.

Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.

Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.

Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

PART TIME or FULL TIME may be available.

Compensation $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
