The Clinical Manager will be responsible for coordinating total care for patients with life‑threatening and life‑limiting illnesses and their families, and for managing day‑to‑day operations of the Hospice Team. Responsibilities Supports organization’s mission with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships with co‑workers. Provides overall operational responsibility for the hospice program and coordination of patient care. Manages a caseload of hospice patients as needed. Conducts community outreach activities to improve community access to hospice care. Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies. Supervises staff in conjunction with the organization’s managerial and leadership practices. Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment. Qualifications RN with BSN; oncology/hospice and palliative care certification preferred. 2–3 years’ experience in community health oncology/hospice nursing preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions / Physical Demands : Working indoors/outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; client/customer contact. In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $92,000 to USD $120,000.
