Client-Focused Admin & Operations Manager

We’re helping a growing real estate media company look for a dependable, driven Admin & Operations Manager to become a key part of their small team. This is much more than a basic administrative position. You’ll help keep the day-to-day business running smoothly, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, manage important operational details, and help create the kind of customer experience that keeps clients coming back. Most of your work will be done from home, so we need someone who is highly self-motivated and can stay organized and productive without constant supervision. You’ll also occasionally travel throughout the Fort Worth area for networking, client outreach, and relationship-building. We’re looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, notices the details, cares about clients, and wants their performance to contribute directly to the growth of the company. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities Respond professionally and promptly to client emails, phone calls, and text messages Provide excellent customer service and help resolve client questions or concerns Handle difficult or frustrated clients with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach Manage invoices, payments, records, and other financial administrative tasks Work with spreadsheets, numbers, and business data with a high level of accuracy Keep client and company information organized and up to date Prioritize multiple tasks while making sure important details don’t fall through the cracks Work independently from home while staying connected and communicating clearly with the team Support the team wherever needed to keep daily operations running efficiently Participate in local networking and client outreach throughout the Fort Worth area as needed Look for opportunities to improve processes, strengthen client relationships, and support company growth Who We’re Looking For Strong customer service experience, especially in a client-facing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly detail-oriented and organized Comfortable answering phones and communicating directly with clients Able to remain calm, professional, and helpful when handling complaints or difficult situations Comfortable working with invoices, basic math, spreadsheets, and administrative records Self-motivated and able to stay focused while working independently from home A team player who is willing to step in and help when needed Driven by results and motivated to contribute to the success of a growing business Reliable, accountable, and consistent with follow-through Comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities rather than waiting to be told what to do Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive business and client information You must also have: A dedicated home workspace that is quiet, distraction-free, and free of background noise Reliable high-speed internet A phone with reliable service Reliable transportation for occasional local networking, outreach, and business needs Ability to travel within the greater Fort Worth area when needed You’ll Love This Role If You Are... However, because this position is responsible for important client communications, you must be willing to occasionally monitor emails and phones for true client emergencies . Most weekend matters can wait until Monday, but occasionally a situation may require a quick response. This is primarily a work-from-home position, with occasional local travel for networking, outreach, and client relationship-building.
