Client Services Representative

Vernon Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full time client service representative/receptionist to join our team. Job requirements: Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patient and pet parents Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced environment Capable of working autonomously Capable of following direction and performing at a high standard Ability to work as part of a team Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations Positive outlook and enthusiasm Duties include but are not limited to: Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system Schedule appointments on Ezyvet IT system Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment/bookings Respond and manage email correspondence Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment File documents electronically Job Type: Full time Hourly rate: $19 - $20 Clinic discount At NVA Canada diversity and inclusion are an important part of our everyday reality.
