At Pat's, our bar is food-focused, not drink-focused . We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, understands great food, and can confidently recommend menu items while providing outstanding bar service. What You'll Do Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages with accuracy and consistency. Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service. Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu so you can confidently answer questions, make recommendations, and take food orders. Deliver food to bar guests while ensuring every plate meets our quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout your shift. Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure a smooth guest experience. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other duties as needed. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of bartending or restaurant experience . Outstanding customer service and communication skills. A positive attitude and team-first mentality. Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy shifts. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math and cash-handling abilities. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktails is preferred. Why Pat's Italian?
