Senior Training Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to join their team in Morristown, NJ. This individual will partner closely with the Learning & Development leadership and business stakeholders to deliver impactful training programs that support operational excellence within a retail banking environment. The role is primarily focused on facilitation and delivery of existing training content across both in-person and virtual formats, while also contributing to program effectiveness and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible, hands‑on position requiring strong presentation skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate is an energetic and polished training professional with experience in financial services who thrives in a fast‑paced, in‑person environment. 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning & development, required. Experience delivering instructor‑led and virtual training programs (Zoom, Teams, webinars), required. Prior experience within financial services or banking environments, required. Experience supporting retail or consumer banking operations training, preferred. Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences, required. Experience working with LMS platforms and supporting e‑learning administration, preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web‑based systems, required. Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field, preferred. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, required. High energy, adaptable, and collaborative professional with strong attention to detail, required. The hourly rate for this role is $35-$45/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
