Senior Accountant - Fort Worth, TX - $100k-120k + Bonus

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant for a client with a diversified investment portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, collaborative team where you'll work directly with executive leadership, gain broad exposure to investment and operating company accounting, and play a key role in process improvements and a major technology implementation. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of accounting experience, excellent communication skills, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where flexibility and initiative are highly valued. Job Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial results across a complex portfolio of investment and operating entities. Perform general ledger analysis, reconciliations, and trend analysis to provide meaningful financial insights. Track alternative investments, review capital statements, and summarize investment performance. Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, treasury-related analysis, and decision support. Review expense requests and ensure timely, accurate payment processing. Support annual tax preparation by gathering and analyzing financial documentation. Assist with the implementation and ongoing enhancement of a new accounting and investment reporting system. Partner with leadership on ad hoc financial analysis, process improvements, and special projects. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 2-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting, family office, investment management, real estate, or fund accounting. Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and financial analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
