Senior Sales Executive, Staffing/Workforce Solutions

Location: Ohio-based candidates are preferred, with consideration for candidates in Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky who can regularly be in-market with clients. Approximately 3040% regional travel is expected.

New Business Development | Mid-Market & Enterprise | We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth for an established and growing workforce solutions organization. This is a true hunter role for a proven staffing industry sales professional who knows how to open doors, build executive relationships, and close complex, high-value opportunities. You'll own the full sales cycle while selling a differentiated mix of recruiting, outsourced talent, and technology-enabled workforce solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations.

What You'll Do

• Own new business development within a defined territory and target account list.
• Leverage your existing network, referrals, and targeted prospecting to build a strong pipeline.
• Develop relationships with Operations, HR/Talent Acquisition, and C-suite decision-makers.
• Lead consultative discovery and develop workforce solutions around each client's needs.
• Pursue and close strategic accounts, including $1M+ opportunities.
• Partner with delivery, technology, and operations teams on presentations and proposals.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and consistent progress toward revenue goals.

What You Need

• 8+ years of staffing or workforce solutions sales experience, with a strong history of new business development and multi-year track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• An active network of decision-makers and relationships you can leverage to create new opportunities.
• Demonstrated success landing and growing large, complex accounts, ideally exceeding $1M in annual value.
• Experience selling staffing, RPO, MSP/VMS, BPO, HR technology, or related workforce solutions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
