Living Well LCSW PC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our in-person team in Brooklyn, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients while working in a supportive, clinically focused environment. - Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy sessions in an in-person setting
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and referrals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Valid New York State licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent) required or in process
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families, or groups
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team
- Experience working with diverse populations in an urban setting preferred
