What you'll do

• Program CNC press brakes and perform complete machine setups
• Read and apply blueprints to define bend order and techniques
• Select proper tooling and adjust machine parameters as needed
• Validate critical dimensions and tolerances
• Run first-piece inspections and conduct ongoing quality checks
• Streamline setups to improve production efficiency

Must-haves

• 1+ years of press brake programming/setup experience
• Experience with CNC controls (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, etc.)
• Strong blueprint literacy and measurement/math skills
• Stable, reliable work history

Nice-to-haves

• Background in sheet metal fabrication
• Leadership or setup-trainer experience
