Veterinary Receptionist Department: Receptionists Employment Type: Full Time Location: Houston, Texas Compensation: $16.00 / hour Description We aim to break the mold of stuffy and impersonal veterinary care. - Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
- Process invoices payments
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
- Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests
- Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments
- Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
- Accurately input data into computer software

- High school diploma
- Weekend availability as needed
- Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
