Responsibilities

Engage with local families and businesses to discuss their current insurance protection.

Evaluate unique risks and recommend policies that provide actual peace of mind.

Manage and maintain a growing portfolio of clients with consistent attention to detail.

Review existing coverage regularly to ensure it keeps up with life’s inevitable changes.

Cultivate a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions.

Participate in community events to strengthen the presence of The Atlantic District in Harmonsburg.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Solid understanding of risk assessment and insurance policy structures.

Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.

Demonstrated history of building rapport with clients through honest, clear conversation.

A genuine desire to help neighbors protect what matters most to them.

Previous experience in a client-facing or consultative role.
