Front Desk Representative

Job Description Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.
Available Shifts
Available Shifts
- Monday morning and afternoon
- Wednesday morning and afternoon
- Friday 12-3pm
- Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills
- Previous customer service, sale or related experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fun, friendly and flexible individual
- Willing to work as a team player
- Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention
- Promotes memberships and programs
- Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA
- Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.
