This role works in lock step with our Product Management and Engineering Leadership by diligently leveraging agile frameworks to create and delivery to Digital's strategic goals. The Program Manager will lead a management team consisting of a Manager of Product, Engineering Manager, and Architect, to develop and deliver a cross functional roadmap that is a balance of customer, engineering, and architectural concerns. The Program Manager is constantly seeking ways to improve their set of teams to work more efficiently to delivery guest value. Experienced at developing, interpreting, presenting, and delivering multi-level backlogs across a +$10M program of multiple agile teams.
