Project Management Associate II

Project Management Associate II role at Kite (Gilead Sciences) supporting commercial operations through project tracking, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives. The position handles project documentation, procurement activities, budget tracking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Operations project leads by tracking timelines, budgets, action items, risks, and resource plans
• Independently manage routine sub-projects or defined workstreams under leadership guidance
• Manage end-to-end purchase order activities including creation, invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking
• Generate project tracking tools, dashboards, status reports, and maintain documentation in shared repositories
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain supplier relationships with Legal and Procurement teams

Requirements

• 4+ years relevant experience with BA/BS, or 2+ years with MS/MBA degree
• Background in business operations, project management, commercial operations, or procurement
• Experience with cross-functional projects and business operations initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
• Self-motivated with sense of ownership and accountability
