Design Within Reach is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team, and we want it to be you! You'll work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for filling customer orders accurately, productively, and safely as well as upholding our high shipping standards. The schedule for this role consists of 4x10hr shifts. (This is a full-time position with the potential for overtime)

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Experience with cherry picker forklift is a plus.

What you'll do:

You'll have opportunities to improve processes, foster teamwork while building relationships every day as you:

• Operate company equipment to pick accurately and promptly according to company documents
• Review documentation verifying accuracy to exceed customer satisfaction
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Adhere to quality and customer service standards established by the company while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds
• Previous experience utilizing a forklift, reach truck or pallet jack
• Possess a high regard for workplace safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Schedule flexibility to meet the demands of our clients which requires working after scheduled shifts and weekends
