Asset Management Specialist

Job Duration : 6-month contract – can extend Will be performing Hardware Asset Management for End User Assets (laptops, desktops, printers). Job requirements: On site at AOS 5 days per week - needs to be able to lift at least 30 lbs but most of the work is desk work Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform Intermediate Excel skills (would consider someone in high beginner but not someone with no Excel experience) Nice to have warehouse experience or asset management cycle, sharepoint/Teams experience Day-to-day Activities Performing Physical Warehouse Inventory Process broken asset to maintenance Process repaired asset back to in stock Download bench scan, check bench scan location Send previous week return to imaging to remove from AD Update scan kiosk Catalog order processing in ServiceNow Immediate need! Desired start date mid-July. Education: minimum HS diploma or GED. Work Schedule: ONSITE Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM (PST). Experience Needed: 1+yrs ServiceNow (familiarity working with tickets and reports); Intermediate Excel skills (V-Lookup & Pivot Tables). #J-18808-Ljbffr SMARTFOX
