Outbound Warehouse Manager

US Foods is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Manager to lead outbound operations in our high-volume wholesale foodservice distribution center. In this role, you will oversee order selection, loading, staging, and shipping to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries for restaurant, healthcare, and hospitality customers. You will manage a performance-driven team, enforce rigorous safety and food safety standards, and track KPIs for productivity, accuracy, and cost. Partnering closely with transportation and inventory teams, you will drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment aligned with US Foods’ culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
