The Role WARM LEADS – all of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only! Personal vehicle mileage reimbursement available. Reimbursement rate varies per Massachusetts state branch location. The Pay Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period. Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000 Top performers earn $150k+ annually Unparalleled and unlimited income potential – expect rewards that match your dedication. $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training. Do you have what it takes? Requirements Availability Monday through Saturday. Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Willing to travel within designated sales territory. Working cell phone with data plan.
