Responsibilities * Prioritize Tasks: Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities to ensure a spotless living environment for our residents. * Housekeeping Excellence: Showcase your energy and knack for organization to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic team to achieve collective goals and provide exceptional service to our residents. * Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas. * Restock cleaning supplies and other items as needed. * Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and recreational areas. (Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows.) * Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management. * Follow all health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals responsibly. * Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage after use Qualifications * Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping with a track record of delivering superior results.
