Step Into the Finish Line — Magnolia, TX

• Set up and operate powder equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens.
• Match colors and select the correct powder type to meet job requirements.
• Inspect coated pieces for coverage and finish; adjust techniques or settings when needed.
• Keep the workspace organized and safe, following established protocols.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on coating tools and ovens.
• Partner with your team to meet production targets and deadlines.

What helps you succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in powder coating is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in powder coating or closely related finishing work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for high-quality results.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of safety practices within a manufacturing environment.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
