\n \nWe are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager in Ready-Mix to lead our Nashville Quality Control team and oversee quality performance across one of the region’s most active construction markets. This role combines hands-on ready-mix concrete expertise with people leadership, giving the successful candidate ownership of the QC function while serving as a trusted technical resource for customers, field teams, and internal operations.
\n \nThe ideal candidate is a seasoned ready-mix Quality Control professional with deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the confidence to independently solve complex quality challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop an established team, influence high-profile Nashville projects, and join an organization that provides its leaders with meaningful autonomy and decision-making authority.
