Prior experience with dental billing/insurance accounts receivable required! Must have strong communication and organizational skills. POSITION DETAILS Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday - Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) Salary Range: $25 - $30/HR RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors alike. Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts. Process insurance claims, review balances, verify proper reimbursements, and send out claims as needed. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, answer phones, and respond to emails. Perform all other administrative tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience with dental billing/insurance AR (PPO) Self‑motivated with a positive attitude. Highly organized, fast learner, and able to handle multiple tasks. Proficient in English with strong interpersonal communication skills. Confident working digitally, computer savvy.
