Job Summary/Description: WMC, Action News 5 in Memphis, TN is looking for a Creative Services Producer to join our award-winning team — are you ready to fuel your creative spark? In this role, you’ll conceptualize, produce, write, edit, and share compelling, emotion-driven advertising and content marketing across TV, social media, cable, radio, and more. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: As a Creative Services Producer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge commercials and promotional spots for the Memphis, TN market — owning every exciting step from concept to completion. You’ll bring your expertise in creative scripting, shooting, and non-linear editing to craft content that truly stands out, while collaborating closely with our sales team to conceptualize, write, shoot, and edit compelling commercials. This role is all about teamwork — you’ll also partner with our marketing team on station promos and play an active role in all aspects of commercial production, making your creative mark across the board! Qualifications/Requirements The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy creative with strong hands-on experience in the Adobe Creative Suite and exceptional camera and editing skills — bonus points if you’re familiar with DSLR equipment or DaVinci Resolve! You’re a natural communicator who can collaborate professionally and effectively with both internal WMC team members and external partners, because great content is always a team effort. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and you’ll need a clean driving record and the flexibility to occasionally work weekends — because great stories don’t always happen Monday through Friday!
